General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of bicycles, conversion kits, accessories, and workshop services (hereinafter referred to as "Products") by Nouveau Cycle Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "The Seller") to its customers (hereinafter referred to as "The Customer").
Article 1 - Purpose and Scope
The GTC apply to all sales of Products concluded between The Seller and The Customer, to the exclusion of any other conditions, unless expressly agreed in writing by the parties.
Article 2 - Sale of Bicycles
2.1. Bicycle sales are final. The Customer is encouraged to conduct thorough tests before purchase to ensure the bicycle meets their expectations.
2.2. Once the bicycle leaves the workshop, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
Article 3 - Conversion Kits
3.1. Conversion kits cannot be returned after purchase.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the compatibility of the conversion kit with their bicycle before purchase.
Article 4 - Bicycle Conversion
4.1. The bicycle conversion service is non-refundable.
4.2. If the Customer wishes to remove the conversion kit from their bicycle, labor costs will be borne by the Customer.
Article 5 - Merchandise Returns
5.1. The Customer may return any other merchandise (excluding bicycles, conversion kits, and batteries) within 14 days of purchase.
5.2. Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.3. Only products that can be resold as-is will be accepted.
Article 6 - Labor Warranty
6.1. Labor for repairs and maintenance services is warranted on a case-by-case basis.
6.2. The duration and conditions of the warranty vary depending on the nature of the work performed and the parts used.
Article 7 - Financing and Reservations
7.1. The Seller does not offer financing solutions for the purchase of Products.
7.2. Reserving a bicycle or workshop service by paying a deposit is not possible.
Article 8 - Additional Information
8.1. Accepted payment methods are as follows: credit card, debit card, and cash.
8.2. Applicable sales tax will be added to the total purchase price.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property
The content of the Seller's website, including logos, trademarks, images, and texts, is protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Article 10 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by the applicable law in Quebec. In case of a dispute, the courts of Quebec will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nouveau Cycle ("the company") is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the personal information we collect from our customers. Upon request, it is possible to make a purchase without creating a customer account. - Management staff: Management staff have access to all customer personal information to ensure proper management, follow-up, and processing of files.
- Customer service staff: Customer service staff have access only to the identification and contact information of customers strictly necessary to provide quality service and respond to requests.

Nouveau Cycle implements appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
